Only One Way to Go From Here...

A few days after we got home from Africa we started our "remodel" project. That was the end of January. Here we are on April 1st and still working on it. Earlier in the week I was wondering if it would ever be done but today I am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. The good news is that things are in such disarray that there can only be up from here! There really isn't a room in the house that hasn't been affected. Even though we are only doing the upstairs the basement is feeling much of the pain right now since most of the upstairs has been moved down so we can get carpet today. By next week I will have the before and after's, but today we have things as they currently are. Too bad I can't potty train Italia while the toilet is in the family room. I think that would really put the toilet in her mind more often (ha ha). The rest of the photos are of the basement family room which is the current dumping (storage) spot for everything.
