Happy 2013
Ringing in 2013 was less than eventful at our house. I ended 2012 curled up on the ground in the corner of the family room wishing it could just all be over.
Almost everyone was sick with one ailment or another. No worries, those with runny noses shared their ice cream with those with sore throats and vice versa. We are all equal opportunity around here.
Lucky Acacia, she managed to welcome 2013 with a nice warm nap. Once she was tucked into bed I borrowed the heating pad and tucked myself.

We still managed a few smiles and 1 or 2 games before we started dropping 1 by 1.

Hopefully this sickness clears out really quick so we can enjoy the rest of Christmas vacation without tissues and medicine. Bring on 2013!
That's so sad. I'm glad it's over and that you could still have some kind of fun. Being sick on holidays is the worst.
