Dora the Explorer

It is funny how different kids become attached to different things! With that said, Dora is very popular in our house. Olivia likes her, Acacia is learning to like her and Italia LOVES her! She talks to the show and I am happy to say she can count to 10 thanks to Dora. She doesn't stutter except when talking about Dora because it is "Da, Da, Dora".

Italia has started being a regular at leading the music at FHE and instead of suggesting we sing Sunbeam, Popcorn or Snowman, she suggests Da, Da, Dora because we regularly sing the theme song. It is so cute! I have even caught Italia saying "Swiper no swiping!" with her arm out in the direction of absolutely nothing. So, apparently Swiper is trying to swipe our stuff! I am thankful for Dora because she provides something fun for Italia that is all her own! Go Dora!
