Our First 10K (Hopefully Not the Last)

First, Thanks Isaac for going running with me. It has been great going out together early in the morning and enjoying a good few miles together! We have progressed well and gone from mother/son that could barely eek out 3 miles to 10K runners!! Our first 10K race was last weekend during the Lehi Round Up Celebration. It was a great experience. Both Isaac and I took First Place in our age divisions and YES, there were other competitors!! Not bad for our first time out!This go around my time was 53 minutes and Isaac came in at 59 minutes. Look for even better times on our next go around. Looking forward to making more memories like this together while taking care of ourselves at the same time.
